2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your ExecDO subscription at any time through the following methods:

  • Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription
  • Email Request: Send a cancellation request to support@execdo.com
  • Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through our contact page

2.2 Cancellation Effective Date

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to all paid features until the subscription expires
  • No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed

2.3 Cancellation Processing Time

Cancellation requests are typically processed within:

  • Immediate: Cancellations made through account settings
  • 24-48 hours: Cancellations requested via email or contact form

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • Service Unavailability: Pro-rated refund if our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours
  • Billing Errors: Full refund for any duplicate charges or billing mistakes
  • Technical Issues: Refund consideration for unresolved critical technical issues that prevent service use

3.2 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees after the 7-day money-back guarantee period
  • Partial month subscriptions (except for service unavailability)
  • Add-on features or one-time purchases (unless defective)
  • Cancellations due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Subscriptions canceled after the current billing period has started

3.3 Pro-Rated Refunds

For annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days:

  • You may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the unused portion of your subscription
  • Refund amount = (Total paid / 12 months) × Remaining months
  • A processing fee may apply as per payment gateway policies

4. Refund Request Process

4.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email, subscription details, and reason for refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
  4. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  5. You will receive an email notification regarding the decision

4.2 Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Processing: 3-5 business days to initiate the refund
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-7 business days for funds to appear
  • Wallet: 1-3 business days for funds to appear

Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative refund method.

5. Payment Gateway Compliance

Our refund policy complies with Razorpay and other payment gateway requirements:

  • All refund requests are processed through secure payment gateways
  • Refund transactions are encrypted and secure
  • You will receive email notifications for all refund-related activities
  • Transaction IDs and refund reference numbers are provided for tracking

6. Downgrade Options

Instead of canceling, you may consider downgrading to a lower-tier plan:

  • Downgrade to a free plan (if available) to retain your data
  • Switch to a monthly plan from an annual plan
  • Reduce the number of team members or features

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

After subscription cancellation:

  • 30 days: Your data is retained and accessible in read-only mode
  • After 30 days: Your account may be downgraded to a free plan (if available) or data may be archived
  • After 90 days: Data may be permanently deleted unless you reactivate your subscription
  • You can export your data at any time before permanent deletion

8. Reactivation

You can reactivate your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to subscription settings
  • Select a plan and complete the payment process
  • Your data will be restored if still available
  • Previous subscription benefits do not carry over to new subscriptions

9. Exceptions and Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Special circumstances may include:

  • Extended service outages beyond our control
  • Critical bugs affecting core functionality
  • Extraordinary customer circumstances
